How staff mail works

One company domain. Named people behind it.

Microsoft 365 carries the mail. ForgeMail is the ForgeEPM way to use it — without sending a customer, estimator, or shop lead through a generic Microsoft start page.

Contact and exclusive-access forms notify info@forgeepm.com. That alias delivers to the administrator mailbox jarrettyount@forgeepm.com.

02 · reply

Send as ForgeEPM.

Reply from the branded workspace or Outlook. Recipients see a ForgeEPM address, not an onmicrosoft.com account.

03 · staff

Add employee addresses.

Create mailboxes such as estimator@ or qc@ under forgeepm.com. Each person gets a temporary password shown once, then must change it at first sign-in.
