Evaluation · two weeks · no cost

Live-job trial

Run it on the job that is already in the bay.

A demo proves the interface. A live job proves whether the record survives receiving, cut, weld, QC and load-out. ForgeEPM is evaluated on one PC, on your floor, at no cost.

What two weeks is for

Pick the record that currently takes the longest to rebuild.

Week 0

Install on one Windows PC.

Local host, local database. Bring IFC/NC1 context, one mill certificate, and the crew who will scan.

Days 1–3

Release and receive.

Reconcile the expected piece register. Record heat and MTR on the stock that will actually be cut.

Days 4–10

Run the floor.

ForgeGo at the saw and fit-up. Hold a QC gate on purpose. Confirm the refusal names the missing inspection.

Days 11–14

Turn the package.

Build turnover from the event log. Compare it to the package you usually assemble at the end.

Bring this, not a sandbox

The trial is only useful if the job is real.

Choose a job with a known pain: a hard heat, a release discrepancy, a quality package that took too long, or a cost number nobody trusts until close-out.

  • One structural or miscellaneous job already released or about to be
  • One office PC that can stay on the shop network
  • One estimator or PM and two floor users for ForgeGo
  • The current way you prove heat, QC and shipping today

After day 14

You keep the proof. Subscription stays coming soon.

Commercial launch is not open yet. Qualified shops in the exclusive beta cohort get dedicated onboarding and grandfathered launch rates. The trial is how we decide who that is.
